Motivation
I found this while scrolling down my facebook wall. As I was about to laugh hard about it, due to the fact that finally heaven and hell agreed on one thing, my mind told me otherwise. COVID 19 is a serious matter. As of the moment, the total demographic of live cases all over the globe reached 118 million having 2.6 million as it’s casualty. 2020 had it worst in economic aspects, dropping at -3%. That’s 2.9% greater than the Global Financial Crisis in 2009. the output losses of the economy from the pandemic crisis is over 9 trillion dollars.
Thesis
Over the course of the crisis that we had encountered, the only way for us to get back to normal is to be vaccinated. Modern scientists have been progressively doing their effort throughout the year knowing how to eradicate the virus. One of the ways for them to eradicate it is researching for a vaccine. Laboratories like Pfizer,Oxford AstraZeneca, Moderna Pharmaceutical companies have come to rise to take up the challenge to create a vaccine. And month-long efforts and researching, they have finally created vaccines to fight COVID 19. Although these are some great news,there is still a huge problem we need to face. A lot of people don’t want to be vaccinated because of its efficacy rate and reports of side effects.

Having said that, I’m going to give three points of why we need to be vaccinated as soon as possible.

Side Effects and Efficacy
As per my first point, the DOH do admits that the European Union have recently paused their vaccination campaign with COVID-19 vaccine AstraZeneca following reports of blood clots in people who received the vaccine. It is a precautionary measure, while they conduct a full investigation to determine causality between the vaccination and the reported adverse events following immunization.
On the other hand, the European Medicine Authority (EMA) has also emphasized that there is currently no indication that vaccination has caused these conditions, which are not listed as side effects with this vaccine.
