Nowadays online process systems are utilized everywhere throughout the web. One of the online process systems is the online sales and inventory system. It became convenient in every aspect of businesses. Every process data are required details of the costumers such as Items purchased, price list and date, using sales and inventory system can benefit the producers and trade resellers from a thorough solution. Sales and inventory system authorized much highest accuracy on stocking and product management. It also manages ease of relationship between employees and shoppers. So employees can easily finish a daily task.
Primarily, online sales and inventory are not new in a country; most of the business established utilizes this kind of system. Sales and inventory system can be a great edge in any kind of business. It can possibly enhance the business process. It’s quite indeed a great investment; to have an online sales and inventory system. Intelligence gathered from sales and inventory static, using sales and inventory software is one of the key to have successful marketing strategies. Also guarantees competitive edge for any type of business. Furthermore, the sales and inventory software is advantageous towards business line. Every sales transaction the system will automatically update the company’s database. And also display the corresponding demand in terms of inventory and investment.
According to the Freescoreindia (2015), almost every people used credit monitoring services to assist them to be updated on their credit histories and to increase their capacity to recognize an illegal activity. Credit Monitoring services alert individuals about changes to their credit report easily – either via email, instant message on mobile phones or by phone calls.
Furthermore, using a Credit-line monitoring will be useful to the company, it will help to monitor the credit-line of each customer, it will also find out if how much is the available credit line and how much is the debt of the customers to the company.
There are a lot of businesses that required an online sales and inventory with credit line monitoring. Iyamu Enterprises is one of the businesses that really need this kind of information system. Iyamu Enterprises is a direct selling company; the dealer can purchase products and pay after one month. Iyamu Enterprises is using pen-paper method in recording their transaction. However, they are using Microsoft Excel in recording and tracking the credit of the dealers.
The researchers developed an online sales and inventory with Credit line monitoring system for Iyamu Enterprises in order to manage their transactions and product correctly and have an accurate way in terms of monitoring the dealer’s credit.
Iyamu Enterprises is located in Angeles City. Marietta Maniti and Fernando Maniti, they are the couple who owned the business. They started in a small group of regular dealers with one employee. Iyamu Enterprises is a direct selling business, which offers a one month to pay credit on their products. If the dealer completed the following requirements such as; Barangay Clearance, valid Id, 1×1 or 2×2 pictures and the company will accept the dealers with one thousand five hundred initial credit-lines and get an extra discount up to 30% in their purchased products. Iyamu Enterprises has two types of dealers, the regular dealers, and walk-in dealers. The regular dealers can credit products within one month. The walk-in dealers are not allowed to have a credit in the locale. They should buy products in cash payment method.
The locale can return products to the supplier within sixty days of purchasing. Most of the products they returned to the supplier are coming from the dealers. The dealers can also return products to the locale except for the cosmetics, fragrances, and underwear unless it’s defective. They can return products within one week, these are the products that have damaged or it can be wrong served.
Iyamu Enterprises is using Microsoft Excel for recording and computing some of their transactions and they also depend on their manual listing of products and inputs of data, it does not have proper listings of product in some instances; every piece of documents they used is important to serve as their record and reference, if who is still in debt. The business requires keeping the records, accounts and become accurate in the number of products.
The numbers of dealers of the locale become bigger, and their products sale has grown. Mishandling of inventory can cause discrepancies in the supplies. All suppliers at one time or another end up with under stock or overstock products, under the stock of products can lead to a loss for the company because orders of dealers may be out of stock.
To address the problem, the researchers developed an Online Sales and Inventory with Credit-Line Monitoring System for Iyamu Enterprises in order to handle accurate sales and inventory and to monitor the credit line of their dealers.
The main objective of the study is to develop an Online Sales and Inventory System with Credit-Line Monitoring for Iyamu Enterprises.

The study focused on building an online sales and inventory system with credit-line monitoring for Iyamu Enterprises.
The study includes three access levels. The administrator, staff, dealers, the administrator account, is the business owner which can add access to the system, updates credit limit of the dealers. Another account is the staff which can also access the entire system except for the update and add account access and increased the credit limit of the dealers. The dealers will register on the locale through completing the certain requirements, after registration, the admin will be added the access of the dealers in the system. The dealers account can access the content management of the system.
The system includes the file maintenance where the admin or staff can view and update the product master files and the dealer’s master files. This module includes all the list of the dealers and product information.
The sales transactions which can be made in credit or cash, the user can print reports and invoice for sales transactions. The total purchased of the dealer was automatically added in their account. The system can also create a list of return items. This will serve as the reference of the locale to know if how much the total products they returned to the suppliers.
The system can generate CSV and back up the whole database.
The sales and inventory report is generated. In addition, the admin or staff can also view the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales. Each product of the system has a unique key.
The credit line monitoring module that was provides clarity of credit issues and supports monitoring dealer’s credit, whenever the dealers are qualified for an increased credit-line according to their performance in paying their accounts.
The system also has an SMS notification using SMS gateway me which serves to notify new dealers to their username and password in the system. It is also used to send due date reminders, promos, and an announcement in the locale.
The content management system features which will function as an advertisement tool for Iyamu Enterprises by posting their promos. It enables dealers to view the online brochure that shows the features products of the suppliers. This may help the dealers to view and be updated on the latest information about Iyamu Enterprises. The dealers can create list of order by clicking the add button in the online brochure and it will be added to their sales transaction but the inventory will not be affected. The listed products of the dealers have limitation up to twenty thousand pesos only. The content management also has a messenger button were the users can send a message directly to the Facebook account of the locale.
The researchers used some part of the XAMPP which is the PHP v.7 and MySQL in developing the system. HTML5, Bootstrap v.4, and Semantic UI were used by the researchers for designing the user interfaces of the system. For the back end function, the researchers used Code Igniter. The graphics of the system were done using software editing tool Adobe Photoshop CS6. The researchers also used SMS Gateway Me for SMS technology.
The system was tested using Alpha and Beta Testing. Alpha will be for IT experts and beta will be for not IT experts. There are (4) IT Expert in MCC, and (1) IT experts in cloud staff, to test the front and back end of the system. To test the system for the beta testing the researchers looked for 25 end users, which are the dealers, staff, and admin ofIyamu Enterprises. The system was evaluated using ISO 25010 which is Functional Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Reliability, Security, Maintainability, Compatibility, Usability, and Portability.

Because of internet the business has a lot of opportunity to increase the communication between the customers they can interact different aspect such as product review’s, client criticism email bulletins dialog discussions and online journals
According to Fennewald (2014), a business need to store, analyze, and sort through an excess of information from many different sources such as customers, vendors, Stockroom and transporting with a specific end goal to be viable a business needs to remain efficient. Information systems give the organizations to learn and grow better approaches for business methodology. Information organization enables automation of steps in business ways that used to be performed manually like creating an account shipping order and labels. But nowadays, information technology can do better.
Alter (2016), Advances in computer-based information technology in the past years has prompted a wide assortment of systems that directors are presently utilizing to settle on and actualize choices. All things considered, these systems have been created without any preparation for particular purposes and vary altogether from a standard electronic information handling frameworks. Over and over again, lamentably, administrators have little say in the advancement of this choice emotionally supportive network; in the meantime, non-managers who do create them have a restricted perspective of how they can be utilized.
Markgraf (2015), some portion of administration is assembling and sharing data, and information system can make this procedure more effective by enabling supervisors to convey quickly. Rather than using Email, although it’s quite effective; But information system can work much efficiently by storing documents in folders they share with other employee who needed it.
One of the most sought after automated systems of various organizations is a sales and inventory system which comes as an inseparable unit. A Sales and inventory system is essential for each association because a good sales and inventory management can make phenomenal profitability.
According toPasceki (2012), the inventory administration is regularly utilized by organizations to track stocks, as they are being transported from distribution center to retail store lastly to the clients.
Harmon (2012), sales is software that calculates sales manages the computerized cash drawer; it sums up the sales total and calculates the change. Items that are purchased by the client will minus the amount of items sold on the inventory system. Sales ought to have the capacity to handle deals with sales and inventory
Essays, UK (2013), sales is a system that monitors business transaction, and manages a tasks that are drawn out when done manually, for example, monitoring and managing stock.
Peavler (2015), sales and inventory management system make it easy in checking cost and recording the markdown simple. Rather than experiencing a pile of receipt towards at the finish of the day, the sales system automatically updates the sales as it occurs.
PC World, Philippines (2015), the entrepreneur will have access tools that can help him organize sales leads, manages accounts and contacts, generate real-time reports, even integrate functionality and data from existing business application such as sales system.
Credit-Line Monitoring According to Small Business Development Corporation (2016), Entrepreneurs nowadays are implementing sets of policies, to minimize the capital tied up in debtors and to lessen the vulnerability of the business to bad debts. Thus having properly managed finances prevents having a tail of creditors asking you for the payments of your debts.
Smith V. (2013) Affirms that research which concerns shorter range or working capital decision making has come out, to be unproductive. The inabilities of financial managers to think of a plan and properly control the assets and liabilities of their respective firms. This has been likely the cause of business failure/ bankruptcy in the recent years.
Bhatt V. (2013) widely touches upon a method of evaluative working capital finance; applications of large manufacturing concerns. It states that similar methods need to be devised for other sectors such as; agriculture, trade, etc. The author point of view is that while banks provide short-term finance, they focus their attention on adequacy of security and payment capacity.
In the threshold of our generation, technology’s growth is enormous; towards the future of the World Wide Web, software engineering and computer programming. Mobile devices or smart phones are globally used. Aside from the use of the device as a medium of communication, people nowadays wants these devices to do everything, including accessing their e-mail accounts, Internet surfing, even accessing personal and corporate information. One types of fast growing technology nowadays is called SMS (Short Messaging Service).
Parker (2014), SMS is instant at a time when customers handed over money and they are eagerly waiting for news about their products; it’s indeed much convenient to use SMS as a communication tool. Over 90% of texts get ready within just 5 minutes. And your customers will definitely appreciate the instant updates.
Orla (2013), basically, using SMS is promoting an instant communication; Using SMS when you want to share something value to offer in your customers they will simply send the message to their friends or family. SMS is not for only existing customers but also it will help to gain a lot of costumers to patronize the company or the business.
SMS Gateway Me, Inc. (2017), the SMS Gateway Me a Messaging API (Application Program Interface) makes it so easy to send and receive SMS and MMS messages as well as Question meta information about instant messages, for example, conveyance status related media stage and use devices like copilot to manage with your messages all around at scale.

According to Khriyenko O. (2014), 2014 semantic UI assumes imperative part for administrations and application to be more appealing for end client.
According to Gerchev (2014), the goal of Semantic UI framework is to empower designers and developers “by creating a language for sharing UI personalization on semantic level”. As other frameworks do, it utilizes plain English.
According to Chiaretta (2017), Semantic UI is a natural language, it is more profound and almost philosophical reasoning that led to the creation. Semantic UI is developed with less, a very basic theme, so theming is just a matter of customizing variables.
According to Linked in (2014), a Code Igniter, is a framework that most popular in developer’s community and has a simple and elegant toolkit to create full-featured web applications.
According to Digital Ocean (2016), powerful PHP framework that can help you greatly speed up the development and does a great job separating logic from presentation.
According to Vegibit (2017), in the MVC structure separate out the logic from presentation. When it comes in making request to the website, the controller begins in creating some decisions.
Software testing, is more than just debugging, it ensures the quality of the software, verification and validation, or reliability estimations. Software testing remains an art; however the difficulty in software testing is, it consumes more time and requires much human effort. Software testers need to have inputs and also check the performance of the software or application, to make sure it never fails.
According to Center Code (2017), Alpha test, a test among the researchers to confirm that the system works. The first phase of testing in a software development process, includes unit, component and system testing. The researchers will also test the system on the lowest machine to sure download times are accepting and pre-loaders work.
At the same time, Beta testing deliberate free trial to figure out the certain products. Also consider the beta testing as ‘pre-release testing.’
According to Beihang (2013), The W3C validation is just a standard for specified machine language, checking web documents, spelling, grammar, syntax, and proofreading.
According to iso2500.com (2013), the aim of ISO/IEC/25015 is the quality model cornerstone of software quality evaluation for testing, which can be used to any software development. It ensures the (Functionality, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, maintainability, and security). These are the eight quality models that categorize the product quality into the characteristics and sub-characteristics.
Based on the foreign, local studies and literatures examined by the researchers were very helpful in developing the study.
The Internet is very useful in all kinds of business and organizations. Internet allowed the business world to international relationship with new customer or seller to lower cost and new buyer or customer to increase the sale. The system includes an online based. All the customers, admin, staff must have internet access in using the system.

This section describes an initial exploration if how organization are using system development methodologies. It explains the development of a system or method for a unique situation.
The modified waterfall uses the same phases as the pure waterfall, but is not done on a discontinuous basis. This enables the phases to overlap when needed. The pure waterfall can also split into subprojects at an appropriate phase (such as after the architectural design or detailed design). The researchers used modified waterfall methodology, because it has more relaxed approach to formal procedures, documents and reviews. It also prevents having a huge bundle of documents. Hence the researchers has more time to devote themselves to work on the coding and don’t have to be bothered about the procedures.
This, in turn, helps to finish the product faster. SDLC adheres to important phases and steps taken that is essential for developers, such as planning, analyzing, designing, developing and testing.
Planning Phase, in this phase the researchers think first for what the researchers are going to develop and look a company to be fit in capstone project and Iyamu Enterprises is one of our choice to study, the researchers conducted an interview in the locale and find out that Iyamu Enterprises is using Microsoft Excel for recording and computing some of their transactions. To make their work easier the researchers decided to develop an Online Sales and Inventory System with Credit-line Monitoring.
