Entrepreneurial strategy is the way through which an corporation or organization establishes and re-establish its fundamental set of relationships with the environment (Johnson and Van de Ven, 2017). In simple terms it can be said that, entrepreneurial strategy is the group of various decisions as well as action which are taken in the organization at the time of launching a new products for achieving competitive advantages within market area. The report is based on Hey Habito Ltd., Which is a online mortgage broker (The free online mortgage broker, 2019). In this report the SWOT analysis will be conducted for analyzing internal factors of the organization. Along with this, PESTEL will be conducted for analysis external factors which is necessary for easy as well as smooth running of business. Moreover, it is necessary to analyses competitive market which can be possible through porters five force model as well as TOWS is the theory which help in identifying strength, weakness, opportunity and threats of Habito Ltd.

Main Body

The idea of Hey Habito Ltd was created by third founder Daniel was nearly lost his dream home.
They want to transform the mortgage industry in great product design and fix a broken market, to make it work for the borrower.
They love to communicate with their customers in person, because is the only way to win trust and build a business that grows.

Followings are the various strengths, weakness, threats and opportunity regarding Hey Habito Ltd. :
Strengths: The foremost strength of the organization is that it provides a very wide platform for online mortgage and remortgage services.
Way of making interaction with potential customers and influence them to purchase houses is most effective part of this company. It allows customers to find best mortgage deal and apply accordingly for further investment, help in increasing customer base.
Weakness: The hey Habito Ltd. have less global presence as compared top other leading organizations. Less resources of funds and labour capital, shows main weakness of this company to run business effectively in real estate business. Its poor management and inappropriate way, also leads to miss chance of taking government initiatives, for enhancing business.
Opportunity: The company have great opportunity regarding the buy back of shares and expansion within in the country and outside the company. In our research we recommend to look after digital change. They should improve customer experiences and offer to customer a mix of digital interaction. Also they should continue to improve their operation system by using a new technologies.

Self reflection

Our group it was made up to four members including my self and all the duties has been shared equally. Everyone had their own point of view, many different ideas could be produced and the most important is that I found the energy of group participations and made me feel more energetic.Is important to have a good report with all members of the team.
Working on this group presentation has given me the opportunity to improve my skills, my research and my communication. The most obvious thing that I discovered was the advantage of working as part of a group learned that good team-work is the key to success in activities.
I enjoy work that challenges me and pushes me to think well love situations where I am allowed to work with other people to come up with creative solution and when we have a problem I am looking at it and try to resolve it.Working in a team had negative side as well: The decision –making process slowed down when the pros and cons of each member of the team inputs had to be considered for decisions . In the future I am plan to adopt different work environments.
I believe that we did a good job as a group being always united and interested in what we did. Our meeting outside and inside the college hours helped us to strengthen the relationships between us. For me gave me the opportunity to get know better in order to approach them in tight way.

  • Sharing ideas as a group and mind mapping these ideas enabled us to achieve completing the project in a professional manner because we presented various ideas and then we chose the ones that suited our group best.
