Introduction:
In this report we are discussing about Atlassian organisation which is an Australian company. They are dealing in software and IT related tools. We also discuss about in our task1 now we elaborate more on task 1.in which company face some issues related to staff and technology which we elaborate more in our report and give some solution for that issues. Now I elaborate these things in detail.

Now we are discussing challenge which face by atlassian company. Which we already discus in our task 1.but we discuss little in this task also.

In task1 we discuss little about only these 2 issues
- strategy to controlee staff
- changing technology
but in that task I will elaborate these 2 issues as well as one or to more issues which I address in the case study of Atlassian which was given. Now I will discuss these issues in detail and also provide some solution of these issues after discussing the issues.
Strategy to controlee staff (less staff): Atlassian is become very big organization of Australia after first thirteen years’ position of the company is at top level in the market and its owner are also become richest people of Australia and his name registered in top 20 richest people of Australia. But at that time company have very less staff which run the company. Where other companies have thousands of staff members as well as managers. Atlassian have very less managers in their company nearly 100 which controls all their other employs as well other staff members at the same time they also look at their products. How the company like Atlassian manage the all customer and their needs with very less staff and manager.so it will also effect company’s sale as well customers are also look for another company for products when their requirements are not fulfilled.
Changing technologies: this is also another issue for a company as technology in now a days are changing day by day .so organisations need to change their technology which the use in their products as well tools which they use to create products.it will be hard for companies like Atlassian to change their technology as their will be lot of money needed to change the technology as well as time to change. Company also need to train their staff or managers according to new technology tell them how to use new tools and techniques. If any of the company not change their technology according to customer or market need as a result organization position in market suddenly going down other companies over take these companies. as an example of Nokia mobile phone company which introduce their first mobile phone in
1987.afterthat there were many mobile phones of Nokia company come in the market example nokia 3310,1100,6600(these are the series no of mobile phone).nokia 1100 and nokia 6600 was the most famous phone of that time. Nokia change their technology time to time according to customer need and market.nokia become very famous mobile phone company in few years but when come to android version the mobile phone of nokia company did not run well. As company not fulfil customer requirement on android version as a result company sales were decrease and market of nokia mobile company went down. Customer chose other companies like iPhone and Samsung. These companies also overtake nokia in the market.
Not thinking long term and investment: Atlassian owner not thinking long term they select only short term goal at the same time they spent money for short time not long term investment. Where other companies like IBM and Microsoft spent their money for long term projects as well thinking long term.as an example of Microsoft company they show their future vision in video which is uploaded on youtube.in that video all long term plans shown by company which technology they used in future and how to use.
Use no sales forces: atlassian at that time use no sales philosophy in very competition market. Which is not a good philosophy at that time. Where other big companies use different ways to increase their sales like giving advertisement on social cites like Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. some other companies telecast their advertisement on television during serial or movie break. At the same time, it is very hard for atlassian to increase their sales thorough no sales force policy. It will affect company sales of a product as other companies use better ways to promote their product
Solutions:
As we discuss the issues which is faced by Atlassian company. Now I will provide some solution based on these issues.
Hiring staff according to company need: when a company become bigger from smaller their requirement will also change. After growth company need more employees to controlee their operations or doing their work.as much as company grow their staff also needed to increase. Atlassian have big category company so it is not possible to controlee all things.so company hire new staff according to need. If staff is sufficient it is easy for an organisation to fulfil customer needs. Company also need to hire some employs who takes review from customers those who are using Atlassian company products.it is easy for company after taking reviews from customer for what changes they want in their product. Company also need better strategies to controlee their staff as well as create special team which check the whole work of company employee and give them feedback to staff.at the same time giving rewards to employs to motivate.
Use up to date technology: to solve technology related issues an organisation need to use that technology or tools which are high in demand in the market.at the same time when company change their products according to customer need then customer totally rely on that company not change their company preference use same company products when company modify the products according to technology.at the same time organisation need to train their employee how to use new technology in their products and tools which were use to processing .organisation need to change their their technology step by step means incremental change.as it is easy for company to change their products and technology.as it is also less costly when changing step by step as all steps related to each other not radical change.
Set future goal and budget: an organisation need to set their future goals as well as set budget for that goal. When a company set their future goal it is easy for them to start work on that as soon as possible. When they set goal then they start creating strategies and plans.at the same time they also start to saving for that goal to investment as well how to arrange money to invest on that goal.an organisation need to create their future vision of their products.
Tell their customers through future vision what is coming in future. They also promoting their products through advertisement. They also tell their product description and how to use that product.at the same time company owner or manager need to discuss their future goal strategies and plans with their staff and tell them how to implement these strategies.
Use different ways to increase sales: it is very important for an organisation to increase their product sale in market to gain profit as when sales of a company grow their profit definitely increase.so it is need of time in competition use different way to promote products. First give target to employee to sell their company products and give rewards if an employee reach sale target in given time as employs will sell product to their friends relative and other known person. This will increase sales of a company. And also giving discount to those customers who buy company products in past time. Another way to increase sale is through advertisement and promotion.
Conclusion: Atlassian a software development company of austraila.in this report I discuss about the issues which was faced by atlassian. Atlassian faced main issue related to technology or change in technology and another issue hiring less staff to controlee the company work. Another issue is thinking sort term not long term and use their old no sales force philosophy in very high competition in the market which is not suitable at that time.to solve these issue company need to change their technology according to market and customer need as well set future goal and budget and start work on that and create strategies and plan for that goal.at the end use advertisement and promotion to increase sale.
