Competitive advantage are conditions that enable an organization or nation to create a product or administration of equal value at a lower cost.(Sachitra, 2016)So here this company has a good team with their own qualities. For example when dealing with clients what they love to do business with them is that they hold and maintain a good relationship with their client’s and fulfill their needs in terms of business and also they try to make it a little personal with them so that a strong bond is created and they will be more comfortable doing business with the company. In my point of view, being a manager need really need to adapt people skills enable to create solid relationship with the clients and their buyer, Amirah’s concept to be ahead from other competitor is to build solid and trustful relationship with the buyer.

Q2.
Managers are the one responsible for day to day decision making and controlling and organization or groups of staff.(Algahtani, 2014)As for selecting managers this company is well aware about the experience and the quality needed to fit in for this role.A manager is someone who is responsible for day to day decision making, controlling an organization or staffs.Education background is important but in their line no matter how smart you are but you if you can’t adapt to changes and make your own decision you will definitely going to fail. This company look to a person who doesn’t crack under pressure, knows about the business and willing to learn and look into other businesses because all of these would make one a good manager. It shows that you have the experience to adapt different types of environment and approach towards clients or individuals. So after conducting this interview I think that Amirah plays an excellent role as a manager of this company as she posses all these skills needed for being an effective manager.

Q3.
The rate at which a company’s general and specific environments change is known as environmental change and this is mainly 2 types stable where the change is slow and dynamic where the change is fast.(Jovanovic, 2015)For changing of environments the impact is big, in business world you never know especially when you are in the line of oil and gas business. For example if there is a changes in world oil price, it affects the whole oil and gas industries.Either in drilling, oil ships, transportations, and even in this business parts of the ships. It either can be a good business or a bad business and sometimes the impact is very big that some companies even shut down themselves (bankrupt). Every day this organization needs to be ready and try to anticipate problems before it comes. So after hearing from here it’s quite clear that they are well aware about the uncertainty in future changes and ready to tackle any situation at any difficulty level.

Q4.
Political/legal trends Includes society’s legislation, regulations and court decisions that govern and regulate business behaviour.Organisations need to adhere to legislation: e.g. anti-discrimination acts.(Williams, Lawrence and McWilliams, 2010).As per the interview before, it effected on them greatly. Without the government, there will be no control and in fact sometimes the government helps. Without political influence, in any kind businesses you are in and you don’t have that you will be in trouble and in terms of taxes and everything obviously it will effect on any other companies in oil and gas. After all these it is clear that this company is well aware about the politcal and legal trends and knows about the rules and regulations and how to maintain it properly.
Q5.
Ethical behaviour is behaviour that conforms to a society’s accepted principles of right and wrong.(Guzak, 2014) One will be suspended if fails to follow but sometimes or in some cases they break the company ethical, for their own benefits and also for the company. What they meant for their own benefits is when they do their job in the company.Well it depends on their wrong doings. Clearly if one does not obey the company’s ethical code way took it extra, they performed their task regardless how they going to achieve it and do so they will secure our position in the company. It depends how you look at thingsThis means that this company is strict about their ethics and guidelines and maintains it at a corporate level.

Q6.
The rate at which a company’s environments change and how much managers can understand or predict which environmental changes and trends will affect business.(Dewil, Evans and Tansel, 2016)Well personally, sometimes i manage to work things out with my superior but it depends how important is the situation. Sometimes i have to obey when I am reluctant to perform the task but is in my job scope. Here the manager is well aware about the environment change and ready to adapt any changes that might happen in the business even if she is not ready for it she still manages to get used to it quite well.
