Men leadership disadvantages
Command and control style, men are more likely to instruct and task-oriented which make the employees not developing because of “spoon feed” method that are being use by the men leader. Listen and conversation by the leader are important so that the employees will feels appreciated and comfortable which is lack used by the men leaders due to their way of command and control skills.
Reward System, in a business the employee will receive an incentive for doing a good job but if they do the opposite they tend to face a punishment. This way of system can make the employees tend to be more in feared of failing and can make their free of thoughts limited which lead to undeveloped business.

This help on leadership by knowing that the male leader are experience and knowledgeable also can be trust by the employees for him to be their leaders. This self-branding strategy is how they can gain respect and successfully leading the business.
Hierarchical structure, male leadership usually uses this method to show the employees to be clearer on who will have the authority in charge in leading the business. With this method the employees tend to be obeying the orders that the leader has given on making sure to developed the business.
Performance, in all business they aim for their best and kept on focusing of what they’re doing. By this performance skill of leadership the employees will be pushed to do so and get things right. But also this method can have side effect if they have crossed the employees capability limits and led to something that are not wanted.
Competition, male leadership like to use this method as where they will conduct a competition among department, team members and even other company because this is a good method for a business to use. Example: Steve Jobs, he always conduct competition among his departments and divisions and making his company to have a good result out of it. This will help the business it self to known their specialty because of the competition.
Female leadership disadvantages
Task-Focused, any task that are assigned female leader always tend to be extremely focused on completing it. In order to make sure that the company runs smoothly day-to-day tasks is needed to be complete. It does help the organization to run smoothly but the employees might not understand the task, which can affect the business.

(Hausman et al., 2012). This is unfair due to the bias of believe that a leader must be more musculin than feminine according to the general conceptions. (e.g. Eagly and Karau, 2002; Ely et al., 2011 ; Hogue and Lord, 2007). It is believe that from the first-generation that the gender bias in leadership has already been change over time including dicrimination until the second-generation, (Ely et al., 2011). Communal aspect and agentic of belief arise the bias on the second-generation about leadership genders.
In leadership the differences between the men and females gender socialization and the life experiences in between genders should not be ignored as this is to make a development in a business as a leadership (Budwoth and Mann, 2010). Additionally, it is not to be ignored any perceptions for men and females that are using the same methods for them to lead as they are two groups that have different type of capability and also experience (Forret and Dougherty, 2004).
